Pretty DIY Wedding Pinata
Spice up your reception with this unique and unusual Pretty DIY Wedding Pinata. This fun reception idea uses crepe paper and cardboard to create a shimmering heart-shaped DIY pinata that kids and adults can both enjoy. After creating the basic heart shape with cardboard, use a large hole puncher to make the crepe paper circles and attach them for an ombre effect. Fill it with candy or other creative items. Guests will have a blast swinging to hit this wedding pinata - just be sure the bride and groom stay out of the way!

What a great idea! With wedding receptions with little ones around, this is the perfect solution to give them a little something to be involved with and before that, the heart is a very pretty adornment to the reception party! Since this eventually will be destroyed to get the candy or goodies inside, simple materials are best as mentioned. This would be a nice little gift to the bridal family for the reception as well, ,provide a little entertainment for the children and parents as well! If you are really ambitious you could make another one that is empty strictly for decor and memories of the big day!
