This cowbell idea is a hoot! I never heard of doing this before. Only the traditional tinkling on the side of the glass technique! The cowbell,idea would be especially fun for an outdoor wedding, and painting it with pretty colors and hanging in the pretty flower hook looks very nice too! Thank you for sharing a fun idea!
