Becky Higgins

Becky Higgins earned a BS degree in Family Science from Brigham Young University and stumbled into a career in scrapbooking even before completing college. From 1996 to 2009, she was Creative Editor for Creating Keepsakes magazine and published author of 9 books. In 2009, she found herself at a professional crossroads. With a heart full of gratitude for the amazing 12-year journey with Creating Keepsakes, Becky resigned from her position with the magazine. With the help and support of her husband David, Becky Higgins LLC was born.

After 12 years as a professional in scrapbooking, Becky recognized that the memory keeping industry was taking a big hit. The down economy had a role in that, but she also recognized that the art of putting creative and elaborate scrapbooks together was a very difficult, overwhelming, and somewhat impossible task for a lot of people. She had a deep desire to simplify the process of scrapbooking for herself and for others. This is what brought her to the point of developing a system that made scrapbooking easier, faster, simpler.

Project Life® was a game changer. This crazy-simple but revolutionary system breathed new life into an industry that needed the boost, and refreshed new energy into the hearts of scrapbookers across the globe. Becky and David really had no idea what they were doing in terms of business development and logistics, but they did have every bit of faith to know that carrying out this little dream was what they were supposed to do. Together they figured out a lot of stuff in a short period of time.
