- Painter’s tape
- Decoupage
- Foam brush
Instructions:
- Tape off section of vase.
- Add decoupage below the line, completely covering that section.
- Add glitter.
- Remove the tape while it is still wet to create clean line.
- Let it dry.

These are gorgeous. And so easy. I love working with mod podge. It does so many things, it's not expensive and it cleans up beautifully. I can get the glasses from the dollar store and make them in no time at all. They will look great in red for Christmas. Battery operated votives work great!
