I have to admit that I was more than a little bit skeptical when Pantone announced these colors for 2016. However, some of these projects are so darn cute that I'm almost okay with the color choice. The blue cookies looks especially perfect. I'll have to make those for my friend's upcoming wedding party!

Same! I am still not super sold on the rose quartz, but I definitely like it combined with the mint green color.
