Paper pinwheels are such fun to make! Using the paper as shown is simple, easy to make and very practical n that it upholds and is very cost effective! If you want to go a bit more upscale. You could use heavier wallpaper remnant or discontinued samples for a different look and feel. Try metallic papers or Mylar glued on card stock for another look, or add some glitter!
