Materials:
- Tulip® Dimensional Fabric Paint -White Metallics (65400)
- Ribbon, blue satin double-sided
- Scissors
- Ribbon, 4” wide sheer white
- Tape
- Gift wrap, metallic silver
Instructions:
1. Wrap gift in paper as desired.
2. Wrap sheer wide ribbon up to top on each side and tie in a knot at top.
3. Wrap satin ribbon on top of sheer ribbon and tie at top.
4. Create large fluffy bow, layering both ribbons.
5. Apply Fabric Paint dots on satin ribbon, letting one side dry before turning to next. Add dots to bow and let dry.
