My Best friend has an April birthday and is an avid gardener, so we usually get her seeds, bulbs and garden stuff, but I make her a regular layer cake. This idea is spot on, and as we all garden, the little pots will get put to good use later. The crushed Oreos pressed into chocolate frosting really does look like dirt! And instead of clip art, I just might put a real packet of flower seeds on the top of each one! Great idea!
